Homemade popcorn is quick and easy to make.
This batch is 90 grams – two modest servings and a bit for Lucy. Heat one tablespoon of peanut oil (or other vegetable oil) in a large saucepan (larger the better) on high and add two corn kernels. When they pop add the remaining kernels. Shake to coat and lift the lid a bit so moisture can escape. When done popping, pour out into a bowl to season with salt or other flavourings.
